FSRS-5 is the modern spaced-repetition scheduler behind current Anki. Instead of a fixed interval schedule, it models how well you actually remember each card and times your next review accordingly — after each card you pick Soon, Sooner, Normal, or Later to say when you'd like to see it again.

A picker in Settings that sets the app's interface language completely independent of what you're studying — so a Korean speaker can study German through a Korean-language interface, for example. It also determines what language each card's meaning is shown in, across every course.
